“Top 10” Personal Injury Attorney Jason Wischmeyer
My personal injury attorney law practice, over the years, has been very fortunate to have been given many awards and accolades as a personal injury attorney. I believe that I am pretty good at what I do and I am always proud to receive such a notification. Today, I received a notice that I was nominated and selected as a “10 Best Attorney” selection for personal injury law by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys. Thank you for the honor and thank you to whomever nominated me.
I am proud to have represented personal injury clients throughout the years for personal injuries resulting from car accidents, truck accidents, multi-vehicle accident, medical malpractice, slip and falls, premises liability, defamation and other acts of negligence. My clients’ recovered damages include damages reimbursing medical bills, pain and suffering, lost wages, emotional distress, lost job opportunity, inconvenience, wrongful death, loss of love care and affection, loss of parenting or child rearing of a parent and loss of consortium. I have handled damages claims in the thousands to millions of dollars.
One aspect of my personal injury attorney practice is that unlike many of the television advertising law firms, I handle the majority of my client’s personal injury claims myself. My business plan is not to be a figurehead that simply signs clients and then assigns them to a team of attorneys and paralegals never to be heard from again. My personal injury attorney practice is such that I handle and am a part of every phase of your case. I learned this working for the insurance companies that are evaluating and considering the risk of a trial in your case. This allows me to know you, to know your case and to be best prepared for a trial if a reasonable settlement cannot be reached in your case. On bigger personal injury attorney cases, I may co-counsel with another attorney to assist with the sheer volume of the workload or as a way to add additional expertise on your file, but I always remain actively involved and responsible for your case.
