A graduate of Indiana University School of Law in 2002 and the Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 1999, Jason Wischmeyer represents small businesses, large corporations, and individuals in a variety of legal matters throughout Indiana. Jason advises clients to avoid disputes and litigation; however, he has proven to be a skilled trial attorney having litigated and successfully tried several jury trials and bench trials in Indiana.
In 2009, Jason left a regional litigation law firm to form Wischmeyer Law Office – a law firm that works collaboratively with its client for mutual success and growth offering a variety of fee structures. Outside of the law firm, Jason enjoys time with his family and has been active in various community organizations including Girls Inc., Rotary Club, serving as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) and providing counsel and campaign advice in the world of politics.
